Amada Senior Care is a forward-thinking home care agency that is actively hiring a dependable and professional weekend on-call scheduler (every weekend and every other week M-F). Primary Responsibilities Include…
• Managing the “on call” after hours phone on the weekends (shift starts Friday at 4pm – ends Monday 8am) Every other week M-F required.
• Communicating and documenting important events such as schedule changes, emergencies or accidents
• Keeping office staff updated on important issues regarding clients and caregivers
• Getting shifts filled as needed

You Can Expect:
• Competitive rates: $17.00 per hour
• Remote-Work from Home Position
• On-Demand Pay-Up to 70% of your pay is available as soon as a shift is worked

Successful candidates must have:
• Basic computer and smartphone skills
• Ability to manage scheduling system and phone system
• Timely responsiveness to call-outs and client schedule changes
• Ability to maintain accurate client and caregiver records in the scheduling system
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to listen effectively
• Detail orientated skills and the ability to stay organized
• Ability to work independently and meet timely deadlines
