This role involves providing prompt andeffective assistance to customers via live chat ensuring a positiveexperience and resolving issuesefficiently.

Responsibilities :

Respond to customer inquiries via live chat.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical and nontechnicalissues.

Assist customers in navigating theplatform and services.

Document customerinteractions and issues in the CRM system.

Escalate complex issues to appropriateteams.

Ensure high levels of customersatisfaction.

Qualifications :

Experience in customer support or chatsupport.

High school diploma orequivalent.

Proficiency with live chatsoftware and CRM systems.

Excellent writtencommunication skills.

Strong problemsolvingabilities.
