Responsibilities:
– Provide online chat support to customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product information
– Utilize innovative problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner
– Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and concise communication
– Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
– Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
– Meet and exceed performance metrics for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
– 2+ years of experience in a customer service or online support role
– Adaptable and resilient personality traits
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think innovatively
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting
– High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
