Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat
Resolve customer issues and concerns
Provide product and service information
Document customer interactions
Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues
Requirements:
0-1 year of experience in customer service or support
High school diploma or equivalent required
Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a remote or virtual environment
Knowledge of customer service principles and methodologies
Certification in customer service or related field (e.g., CSP)
Experience with live chat software and CRM systems
