Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional support to customers regarding their online orders through various communication channels, including email and chat.
• Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and answering any queries regarding our products.
• Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution.
• Document all customer interactions accurately to assist in continuous service improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to promote a seamless customer experience across platforms.
• Stay informed about our product offerings to effectively guide and educate customers.
• No experience necessary; we provide training to help you succeed!
• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
