Key Responsibilities:Respond tocustomer inquiries via chat and email , providing prompt and helpful solutions.
Assist customers withaccount issues, product/service questions , and general support requests.
Document and updatecustomer interactionsin our system.
Follow up with customers to ensureissues are resolvedand maintain satisfaction.
Help with basicorder processingand troubleshooting common issues.
Work with a team to ensure customers receive excellent service and timely responses.
Requirements:No prior experience required? we provide training.
Excellentcommunication skills(both written and verbal).
Good problem-solving skillsand the ability to think quickly on your feet.
Comfortable usingchat support systems, email , and basic computer applications.
Ability towork independentlyand manage time effectively.
