As an Online Technical Support UPS Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers needing assistance with a variety of technical issues. You will provide support via chat, email, and phone, ensuring customer inquiries are resolved efficiently and satisfactorily. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and an eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
Your role will primarily involve troubleshooting technical issues related to UPSs services and products. This includes guiding customers through setup processes, diagnosing problems, and collaborating with other teams to achieve the best outcome for our clients. Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus
