What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to schedule free in-home or virtual healthcare evaluations
• Follow approved scripts and respond to member inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
• Meet daily productivity and quality goals in a metrics-driven environment
• Adjust and manage appointments with members and providers as requested
• Report member complaints and escalations to management promptly
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum of 1 year of call center experience or 2+ years of general work experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented outbound call center environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain professionalism with members
• Proficiency in using multiple computer systems simultaneously while making calls

• Previous experience in an outbound call center or high-volume environment
• Familiarity with auto-dialer systems and scripted interactions
• Demonstrated persuasive skills with the ability to handle rebuttals effectively
• Friendliness and a conversational approach to client interactions
• Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule
