What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to offer, explain, and schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations
• Follow approved scripts to ensure members understand terms and respond to objections professionally
• Meet daily goals for outbound calls and appointments set, adhering to quality targets
• Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments with members and providers as needed
• Monitor performance results and report member complaints to management
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 1+ year call center experience or 2+ years of general work experience required
• Previous experience in an outbound call center or high-volume environment preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to treat health plan members with professional courtesy
• Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule and use multiple computer systems simultaneously

• Experience working in a metrics-driven environment with an auto dialer
• Friendly and conversational demeanor when interacting with clients
• Proficiency in the English language
