Position Overview:
We are looking for independent Outbound Call Center Representatives to join our team and help set appointments for free roofing inspections. This is a fully remote, 20-40 hour per week position that allows you to work from the comfort of your home!
As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, setting appointments, and communicating directly with potential clients over the phone.
Position Responsibilities:
• Call prospective customers using a provided list to set appointments for free roofing inspections.
• Make 150-200 calls per day, with the goal of speaking to 10-15 people daily.
• Present a short pitch to homeowners, offering a free roof inspection following recent storm activity in their area.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and appointments.
• Collaborate with roofing advisors, who will perform inspections and manage the follow-up process.
• Follow company-provided scripts and rebuttals to ensure consistent messaging.
• Work closely with management, who will be available for support and guidance at all times!
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and social skills.
• Ability to work independently from home with minimal supervision.
• Must be based within driving distance of the Metro Atlanta area.
• Comfortable working a minimum of 20 hours per week, this could include weekends if you prefer (Saturday and Sunday).
• Must have access to a smartphone and laptop.
• Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Training pay: $300 per week for the first two weeks.
• $125 monthly stipend for cell phone and laptop use.
• $50 per qualified lead. $250 bonus for every completed roofing project following the initial inspection.
• Opportunity to earn $1,000+ per week ($50,000 per year) based on performance.
Additional Information:
• Work hours are flexible, with calling allowed between 9 AM and 8 PM.
• 100% work from home.
• Team meetings, dinners, or training sessions will be held every 1-2 months in person.
• All leads and call lists are provided by the company.
