Job Description: We are seeking motivated freelancers to help us reach out to Airbnb hosts, offering them top-tier 24/7 customer service, tech support, and marketing solutions. Our goal is to provide Airbnb hosts with a seamless experience by enhancing their guest interactions, resolving tech-related issues, and helping them optimize their listings through strategic marketing.
Key… Responsibilities:
– Research and identify Airbnb hosts who may benefit from our services.
– Contact Airbnb hosts via email, social media, or other platforms, presenting our service offerings.
– Clearly communicate the benefits of 24/7 customer support, technical assistance, and marketing
strategies to help hosts boost their bookings and guest satisfaction.
– Build and maintain relationships with hosts through follow-up communications and providing answers to any initial questions.
– Keep track of outreach efforts, responses, and leads using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
– Meet weekly outreach and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
– Experience in sales, marketing, or outreach, particularly in the vacation rental or Airbnb space.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to explain technical services and marketing strategies in an easy-to-understand manner.
– Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
– Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
– Familiarity with Airbnb hosting, vacation rentals, or the hospitality industry is a bonus.
