The S2L Program is designed to provide students with key experience, expertise, and resources to help position them competitively for full-time positions post-graduation. S2L interns gain relevant… work experience, mentorship from industry leaders, and professional training to help them pursue what matters to them, both personally and professionally. Throughout the course of this premiere internship program, interns have the unique opportunity to take on leadership roles within Aramark while participating in structured program activities and development exercises.

Responsibilities
Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, and bank accounts
Screen resumes and application forms
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, career pages, and social networks
Prepare HR-related reports as needed
Address employee queries about benefits
Review and distribute company policies
Participate in organizing company events and career days
Qualifications
Open to those actively pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in any field of study
Ability to work flexible hours, which may include nights, weekends, or holidays
Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship
