The Role:
Were on the hunt for a Paid Social & Google Ads Marketing Specialist whos fluent in German, Dutch, or Norwegian, with a passion for connecting people across borders. Youll take the reins on our paid social campaigns (think Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) and Google Ads to attract job seekers and employers in vibrant new markets. Tracking, optimising, and fine-tuning campaigns is your thing and you get a thrill out of seeing results. What Youll Be Doing:
Running Campaigns with Impact:
Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat to reach people in Germany, the Netherlands, or Norway who are open to exciting work adventures.
Take charge of Google Ads campaigns, using your skills to drive results on search, display, and video.
Nailing Tracking & Analytics:
Set up and keep a close eye on tracking, from pixels to UTMs, to make sure were measuring what matters.
Dig into the data to understand whats working and where we can do even better, reporting back with insights that get the team inspired.
Crafting Market-Specific Strategies:
Get creative with messages that resonate with German, Dutch, or Norwegian-speaking audiences, and keep your finger on the pulse of each culture.
Keep up with trends and regulatory updates so our campaigns are always fresh, relevant, and compliant.
Optimizing & A/B Testing:
Constantly test and refine our approach, from ad copy to targeting, to make sure were connecting with the right people in the best way.
Report on campaign performance and give actionable recommendations to push our efforts forward.
What Were Looking For:
Languages: Youre fluent in German, Dutch, Norwegian or English.
Experience: Youve been running paid social and Google Ads campaigns for at least 3 years and know your way around each platform.
Tracking Whiz: You know how to set up, monitor, and optimize tracking with tools like Google Analytics and Tag Manager, and youre not afraid of a bit of troubleshooting.
Analytical & Adaptable: Data drives your decisions, and youre always ready to adapt based on what the numbers say.
Culturally Tuned In: You understand what resonates with different audiences and are excited to connect with people from all over.
Bonus Points If You:
Have experience with platforms like LinkedIn or Pinterest.
Bring advanced tracking knowledge, from multi-channel attribution to pixel debugging.
