What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Assist instructors in delivering course content and facilitating in-class activities
– Provide feedback on student writing and assist with grading using a rubric
– Conduct out-of-class tutoring sessions to support student learning
– Help manage specialized software or virtual labs for course assignments
– Collaborate with faculty to create a supportive learning environment for students
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Must be a current student enrolled in the College of Information Sciences and Technology
– Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and students
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Familiarity with course material in Cybersecurity, Data Science, or related fields
– Availability to assist with both in-class and out-of-class activities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Previous experience as a tutor or in a teaching assistant role
– Knowledge of specialized software relevant to the courses offered
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
