What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Maneuver within the Quality Assurance database and conduct appropriate assessments on what additional information or verification is needed
– Handle inbound/outbound calls to potential customers, verify and document required information to finalize applications for underwriting assessment
– Accurately document information and non-contact attempts within the Quality Assurance Database
– Properly explain the application process to potential customers
– Transfer calls to appropriate department as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Ability to work Full-Time and/or Part-Time
– Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift
– Detail-oriented and ability to accurately document information
– Positive and helpful attitude with customers
– Strong communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– 0-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
– Knowledge of life and health insurance applications
