Part Time Remote IT Support Helpdesk Rep
Responsibilities of the job:
• Virtually installing, configuring and troubleshooting computer software, systems, networks
• Monitoring / auditing and maintaining HIPAA Compliant PC’s and cloud-based applications / networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests for end-user remote support including virtual desktops, cloud based systems and security applications
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Virtual Desktops a strong plus.
• Providing virtual technical support across the company (this may be in Zoom meetings or the phone).
• Setting up cloud-based accounts for new users
• Support for both PCs and Macs

Although a formal degree is not required, qualifications for this remote IT Support role include the following:
• Remote experience
• Computer Science or Cybersecurity Background
• Software / DevOps / Engineering
•… Knowledge of Healthcare industry
• Knowledge of Cyber Security
