As a Remote Package Handler for UPS, your main responsibility will be to assist in the organization, tracking, and management of incoming and outgoing packages. Key Responsibilities
Package Tracking: Monitor, track, and update package statuses in the system to ensure on-time delivery.
Labeling and Sorting: Assist with verifying package labels and ensuring all shipments are correctly categorized.
Data Entry: Input package information and update systems with delivery details, discrepancies, and other data.
Customer Coordination: Work with UPS team members and customers… to resolve package issues or rerouting requests.
Quality Control: Conduct checks to ensure packages are properly labeled and in good condition for shipment.
