As a Remote Package Handler for UPS, your main responsibility will be to assist in the organization, tracking, and management of incoming and outgoing packages. This role involves working closely with logistics teams and using UPS systems to ensure that packages are properly labeled, scanned, and sorted. Key Responsibilities
Package Tracking: Monitor, track, and update package statuses in the system to ensure on-time delivery.
Labeling and Sorting: Assist with verifying package labels and ensuring all shipments are correctly categorized.
Data Entry: Input package information and update systems with delivery details, discrepancies, and other data.
Customer Coordination: Work with UPS team members and customers… to resolve package issues or rerouting requests.
Quality Control: Conduct checks to ensure packages are properly labeled and in good condition for shipment.
