AccuRx Allergy Services is a national provider of turnkey allergy testing and immunotherapy programs for primary care and specialty clinics. We handle all staffing, training, and operations, allowing our partner practices to offer high-quality allergy care with no upfront investment.
As we grow, we’re looking for a flexible and experienced part-time Recruiter & Onboarding Coordinator to help us source and onboard qualified clinical staff — only when needed.
About the Role
This is a remote, on-demand position. You will be contacted whenever we need to hire allergy technicians for new or existing clinic accounts across the U.S. Your role is to support our staffing process from job posting through initial onboarding steps, in close coordination with our executive team.
Responsibilities
• Post and manage job listings for Allergy Technician roles on Indeed or other platforms
• Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews (via Zoom or phone)
• Submit shortlisted applicants to internal leadership for final interviews and selection
• Assist with onboarding logistics: sending offer letters, collecting employment agreements, and setting up payroll through Gusto
• Maintain a basic tracking log of active candidates and statuses
• Work with our COO to customize listings when clinics require specific language or demographic preferences
Ideal Qualifications
• Experience recruiting healthcare or clinical staff is strongly preferred — especially medical assistants, nurses, or technicians. Familiarity with hiring in outpatient or clinic settings is a plus
• 2+ years of general recruiting or HR coordination experience
• Strong interviewing and candidate screening instincts
• Experience using Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or similar platforms
• Organized, responsive, and dependable with strong follow-through
• Familiarity with Gusto or similar HR/payroll platforms is a plus
• Comfortable working remotely and independently with minimal oversight
