5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with hardware and software.
3. Assist customers in setting up and configuring their devices.
4. Document and track customer issues and resolutions in our support system.
5. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or engineering teams as needed.
