Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain executive appointments and calendars.
• Organize and manage email correspondence.
• Prepare presentations and spreadsheets.
• Oversee social media management.
• Develop and implement structure, workflows, and processes.
• Research and recommend new technologies.
• Administer CRM systems including updates and data entry.
• Arrange travel including flights, car rentals, hotel stays, and restaurant reservations.
• Assist with project coordination and event planning.
• Provide support with personal tasks as needed.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability during business hours (Mon-Fri) with a commitment of at least 20 hours per week.
• Previous experience in an administrative support role.
• Home office setup with a Mac or PC computer (including webcam) with at least a 1.0 GHz dual-core processor, 8GB RAM, and the latest version of MS Office installed (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Fast and reliable internet connection.
• Smartphone with email capabilities.
• Designated professional, quiet workspace.
Additional Information
• This is a 1099 contractor position.
• Pay range is (18.00 – )21.00 per hour based on experience and skills. Payment is made once per month based on contracted hours. No guarantee of hours or clients.
