About the Role:
We are a Virtual Assistant firm that specialize in connecting experienced Virtual Assistants (VAs) with small, family-owned, and locally operated businesses. Our focus is on creating strong, long-term matches between VAs and business owners who need reliable support.
This is a part-time, supplemental opportunity designed for VAs who already have an established workload and want to add 2-3 more hours of billable time per day. If youre looking for a full-time, high-income role, this may not be the best fit. However, if youre an organized, detail-oriented VA seeking consistent, long-term clients, wed love to connect!
What Youll Do:
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, calendar management, and email correspondence.
Provide friendly, professional customer service.
Perform data entry, document preparation, and other essential administrative duties.
Collaborate with our team to refine Standard Operating Procedures and improve efficiency.
What You Bring:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
Strong communication skills (written and verbalbilingual is a plus!).
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently while staying connected with a supportive team.
Currently working as a freelancer or VA and looking to supplement your workload with an extra 2-3 hours per day.
U.S.-based with fluent English skills.
