Key Responsibilities
• Manage executive appointments and calendars.
• Organize and manage emails.
• Prepare presentations and spreadsheets.
• Handle social media management.
• Develop and implement workflows and processes.

Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Available daily (Monday to Friday) during business hours, with a commitment of at least 20 hours per week.
• Experience in an administrative support role.
• A dedicated home office with a Mac or PC (including webcam) featuring a 1.0 GHz dual-core processor, 8 GB of RAM, and the latest version of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Smartphone with email capabilities.

Additional Information
• This position is a 1099 contractor role.
• Compensation ranges from (18 – )21 per hour, based on experience and skillset. Payments are made monthly based on contracted hours; hours and clients are not guaranteed.
