• **Calendar Management:** Efficiently organize and manage schedules.
• **Inbox Management:** Prioritize and maintain organized email communications.
• **Procedural Documentation:** Create and update detailed documentation of processes.
• **Document Development:** Generate various documents to support business operations.
• **Onboarding Assistance:** Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members.
• **PowerPoint Creation:** Craft engaging presentations for internal and external use.
• **Internet Research:** Conduct thorough research to gather relevant information.

#### Qualifications:
• Minimum of three years’ experience in an administrative support role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Availability during regular business hours (8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday).
• A complete home office setup including:
• Computer with Microsoft Office 365
• High-speed Internet access
• Smartphone with email capability
• Computer with webcam

#### Additional Information:
• This role is a 1099 contractor position.
• Successful candidates will undergo a background check before contracting.
• This position is not suited for individuals holding full-time jobs, as it requires availability during normal business hours.
