What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Patient identification, registration, and scheduling
– Support Population Management and Chronic Disease Management initiatives
– Complete pre-registration of patients and verify insurance eligibility
– Coordinate scheduling of services for patients
– Handle incoming calls, follow-up, and ticket scheduling
What is Required (Qualifications):
– 1 year of clinical healthcare experience or 1 year experience as a Patient Scheduler I or 1 year experience in a contact/call center
– Completion of Healthcare Business Insights Patient Access Certification Program within six months of hire date
– Must complete designated HBI Courses within one year of hire
– Proficient data entry skills
– Excellent customer service and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related service role
