Job Description
As a part-time Amazon Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely delivery of packages to our customers. Drivers will use company-provided vehicles and are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service. We are looking for dependable individuals who are detail-oriented, capable of working independently, and have excellent time management skills.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to operate and navigate a delivery van
- Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
- Consent to a background check and a drug test
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Load packages into the delivery vehicle
- Deliver packages to customers within a specific area
- Follow safety and compliance guidelines
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team
- Use handheld devices for routing information and customer delivery information
- Inspect and operate the delivery vehicle safely
- Provide excellent customer service, including handling customer inquiries and complaints
