What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Serve as the primary call center contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals utilizing an Opus Health program
– Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other means of contact
– Assess user issues and deliver first-level support for problem resolution
– Document resolutions and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate areas
– Work 40 hours per week with multiple shift options available
What is Required (Qualifications):
– High School Diploma or equivalent required
– Pharmacy Technician experience required
– HIPAA certification required
– Call center experience (3+ years preferred)
– Experience in medical claim processing is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
