About the position
The Pharmacy Technician position at CVS Health involves providing virtual support to Aetna Medicare members, focusing on medication adherence. Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls to Aetna Medicare Advantage members to remind them to refill or confirm pick up of their medications.

• Identify, discuss, and offer resolutions to adherence barriers for members.

• Provide superb customer service and empathy to connect with a diverse customer base.

• Support medication adherence initiatives for chronic conditions.

• Cross-train on other call center programs and initiatives supporting CVS retail.
Requirements
• Active Pharmacy Technician license in state of residence.

• Ability to obtain Rhode Island Pharmacy Technician license through application and fee.

• Minimum of 1 consecutive year experience in customer service.

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

• Prior Call Center experience preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office.
