RPh on the Go is hiring a full-time remote Pharmacy Service Specialist for a clinical trials company. This 13+ week temp-to-perm position requires candidates to reside in North Dakota and hold an active North Dakota Pharmacy Technician license. The role will run Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Pharmacy Service Specialist will provide support to community pharmacies nationwide by helping optimize their use of the clients software, troubleshooting, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties:
• Assist pharmacies with troubleshooting and optimizing software use
• Handle inbound support calls for technical and account-related inquiries
• Conduct proactive outreach to pharmacies to ensure ongoing support
Requirements:
• Active North Dakota Pharmacy Technician license
• Must reside in North Dakota
• Strong computer skills and comfort with digital platforms
• Quick learner with troubleshooting capabilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proactive and resourceful problem-solving abilities
