? Collaborates with product teams to understand feature value and success metrics
? Translates Portfolio value and success metrics into tag specification documents
? Leverages analytics tools and techniques to analyze data from digital and call channels
? Provides insights to enhance user experience and drive better engagement
? Conducts user journey analysis and evaluates usability of websites or apps
? Promotes digital analytics knowledge through professional development and training
? Ensures data accuracy and integrity through governance initiatives
Requirements:
? 2+ years of experience working with product management team
? 1+ years with Adobe Analytics or any other similar tool
? 2+ years curating analysis and building dashboards
? 1+ years of experience identifying success metrics
? Experience with Medallia, or Quantum Metrics (Preferred)
? Working knowledge of problem solving and decision-making skills
? Experience with Safe/agile delivery
