The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Airbnb platform, excellent communication skills, and the ability… to multitask. **Duties:** – Manage and coordinate the posting of Airbnb listings, including creating and editing listings, uploading photos and descriptions, and setting pricing and availability. – Ensure all listings are accurate and up-to-date, including information about the property, amenities, and house rules. – Conduct thorough research on Airbnb’s guidelines and policies to ensure compliance with all listing requirements. – Utilize Airbnb’s tools and features to optimize listings for search, such as using relevant keywords and phrases. – Respond to inquiries and messages from potential guests in a timely and professional manner. – Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience. – Monitor and adjust listings as needed to maintain occupancy rates and maximize revenue. **Skills:** – Proficiency in using Airbnb’s platform and features. – Strong organizational and time management skills. – Excellent communication and customer service skills. – Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. – Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. – Ability to work independently and as part of a team. – Knowledge of the hospitality industry and familiarity with Airbnb’s guidelines and policies. – Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
