Job Overview: As a PPC Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid search and paid social media campaigns, focusing on driving sales, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. This role requires expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Shopping, and Criteo, with a strong understanding of e-commerce and the CPG industry. You will be working closely with the marketing team to deliver results that meet or exceed business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Google Shopping, and Criteo to drive traffic, sales, and brand visibility.
• Develop, implement, and manage strategies for Google Shopping and Criteo to optimize product listing performance.
• Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to refine campaigns.
• Create, test, and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and creatives for performance improvements.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics (ROI, CPA, CTR, etc.) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the creative and product teams to align campaign strategies with product launches and promotions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing technologies to leverage new opportunities.
• Work within allocated budgets and provide forecasts on campaign performance and expenditure.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Proven experience with Google Shopping and Criteo platforms.
• Strong understanding of CPG marketing and e-commerce environments.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and similar tools.
• Data-driven with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and present data-driven insights.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with additional platforms like Amazon Ads or Bing Ads.
• Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and their impact on paid search.
