Job Description
As a Product Feedback Coordinator at Amazon Inc., you will play a crucial role in shaping our product offerings by collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing user feedback. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and engineering, to ensure that customer insights are integrated into product development and enhancement processes. Your primary goal will be to elevate the customer experience by ensuring our products meet and exceed user expectations.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing feedback collection strategies, utilizing various tools and methodologies to gather insights from customers. You will analyze feedback data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement, translating these findings into actionable recommendations for our product teams. Your work will directly impact our product roadmap and feature prioritization, ensuring that customer voices are at the forefront of our decision-making processes.
You will also be responsible for communicating findings to stakeholders across the organization, creating reports and presentations that clearly articulate user needs and preferences. Building strong relationships with customers, product teams, and other stakeholders is essential, as you will be advocating for the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
– A minimum of 3 years of experience in product feedback collection or customer insights analysis.
– Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau).
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
– Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Experience with customer feedback platforms or survey tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics).
