For the last 30+ years, Always On Call has been providing virtual receptionist, customer service, emergency dispatch, and switchboard services to a wide range of exclusive clientele. Ultimately, this position is all about providing an integral service to assist callers in their time of need.
To be successful in this position, you must have a pleasant personality, professional demeanor, and able to enunciate clearly. The ability to answer multiple calls in a timely manner and use American business etiquette on calls, with accurate spelling, grammar, and sentence structure are essential for this position. As a 24/7 industry, this position requires working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus.
