Job Summary: $60K to $80 remote staffing program manager with local travel required.
We seek a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee healthcare staffing operations for locations throughout Kansas. This position ensures optimal staffing levels, compliance with regulations, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare staffing and project management and a deep understanding of the unique needs of the facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight:
Manage the end-to-end staffing process for multiple clients in Kansas (possibly nearby states), ensuring the timely placement of qualified healthcare professionals.
Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and strategies to meet client and organizational objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client and employee stakeholders, maintaining open and effective communication.
Address client concerns and requests promptly, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with contractual agreements.
Recruitment Coordination:
Collaborate with recruitment teams to identify, vet, and onboard healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and allied health staff.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure all staffing processes adhere to federal, state regulations.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in accordance with Joint Commission and other relevant standards.
Budget and Resource Management:
Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
Allocate resources efficiently to meet the dynamic demands of the healthcare facilities.
Team Leadership:
Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve staffing goals.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare staffing or a related field, with at least 2 years in project management.
Skills:
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Knowledge of healthcare credentialing and compliance standards.
Travel Requirements:
