Job Description: Project Analyst III (Maternity Leave Coverage)

Meta is seeking a project analyst to contribute to large projects and leverage analytical skills to help deliver lasting impact on Meta products. The main function of the Project Analyst is to work with the Premier Partner Operations team to support labeling and other analysis across our Meta Verified support queues. Meta Verified is a subscription-based service available to Creators and Businesses, offering them benefits ranging from account verification, protection, and customer support. The primary responsibility of this role will be to label large volumes of data, which may involve repetitive tasks and require attention to detail.

This will be a person who will pitch in on several projects all geared towards ultimately improving customer outcomes, and would involve:
– project & program mgmt
– stakeholder management
– Helping to perform case audits to improve how we label and categorize different types of customer issues
– Help with tracking & organizing a view of ongoing team tasks
– Helping organize and update resource documentation for the team
