Job Title: Local Travel LVN – Abilene, Texas
Contract Length: 26 Weeks
Weekly Compensation: Up to $1,680 (based on experience)
About The Position
Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team for a local/travel opportunity near Abilene, Texas. Job Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in compliance with care plans, facility policies, and state regulations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, progress, and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and proper care techniques.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Adapt to various healthcare settings and contribute to the team’s goals effectively.
Orientation Schedule
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Post-Orientation Work Schedule
• 5 eight-hour shifts per week, 2p-10p
Education And Certification Requirements
• Current and unrestricted LVN license in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 1 year of LVN experience preferred (travel experience is a plus).
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills.
