We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated Remote Receptionist to answer phone calls and schedule customers on pest control routes. The ability to communicate effectively, multitask, prioritize, and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment is crucial to success in this position. Here is what the position entails:
Key Responsibilities:
• Answering high volumes of inbound calls: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and effectively addressing inquiries.
• Scheduling customer appointments: Coordinate pest control service routes by booking appointments with customers and scheduling technicians’ routes accordingly.
• Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, email correspondence, phone payments, and general bookkeeping tasks.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with service technicians, management, and other departments to ensure timely and efficient operations.
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication skills: Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, technicians, and team members in both written and verbal formats.
• Attention to detail & organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and stay organized in a fast-paced work environment.

• Tech-savvy: Comfortable using a variety of online tools and software for scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks.
Qualifications & Experience:
• 1+ year of experience as a receptionist (preferred, but not required).
• 1+ year of customer service experience (preferred, but not required).
• 2 years of college education (preferred, but not required).
• Ability to work remotely with occasional in-person meetings and training sessions.
