What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for external candidates for hospital leadership positions and executive development program opportunities
Market job opportunities on various media outlets
Utilize Salesforce CRM to track candidate data and build candidate pipelines
Conduct thorough candidate interviews through various mediums
Participate in strategy meetings with Regional Executive Leadership and provide regular updates
Conduct research to verify candidate effectiveness and reputation
Advise hiring managers on selection decisions based on interview feedback and references
Prepare salary recommendations and negotiate executive compensation packages
Successfully negotiate job offers with selected candidates
Communicate rejection news with a customer service approach
Attend and coordinate graduate school conferences and job fairs
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelors Degree in a related field of Business or Health Care Administration, HR or I/O Psychology preferred
Masters degree in related field preferred
At least 4 years of search firm, corporate recruiting, sales or HR experience required
Healthcare recruiting experience preferred
Experience with an ATS system and preferably a CRM system
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Products preferred
Knowledge of Human Resource policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Masters degree in a related field
Previous experience in healthcare industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
Familiarity with Human Resource policies and regulations
