What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Demonstrate commitment to the employer’s mission, values, and vision
• Independently screen, qualify, and select candidates for various client needs
• Maintain internal databases to accurately capture candidate and sourcing information
• Develop and maintain a consistent flow of qualified candidates through active and passive sourcing
• Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities and manage employee concerns during assignments
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of professional customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work individually with little supervision and in a team environment
• Must be able to travel during strike events
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Understanding of the healthcare industry and active affiliation with healthcare organizations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with a Salesforce CRM
• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively in high-pressure situations
• Strong organizational skills
