What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Monitor and evaluate distributors’ performance against Luxury market goals
– Grow Treasury Wine Estates Luxury portfolio depletion volume, feature, and distribution
– Assist in developing distributor pricing and program strategies
– Formulate market plans by channel and account
– Collaborate with distributor salespeople and management to execute programs effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
– Minimum of 4 years of professional outside sales experience
– Three-tier management experience
– Wine/Alcohol beverage experience
– Strong understanding of luxury sales and consumer habits
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Experience managing chain accounts in both on and off-premise settings
– Strong negotiation and mediation skills
– Proven track record of building and maintaining key trade account relationships
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office
– Passion for wine and continuous learning in the industry
