Job Description:
American Express is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Telehealth team. As a Telehealth RN, you will provide professional and personalized remote nursing care, health education, and support to our clients. You will leverage technology to perform health assessments, manage patient care, and ensure superior health outcomes. Requirements:
- Valid and current RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Experience with telehealth or remote patient monitoring preferred
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual patient assessments and follow-ups
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide health education and counseling to patients
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Attend training sessions and stay current with best practices in telehealth nursing

Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Previous telehealth or remote nursing experience is a plus
