Studio 107, a social impact brand-focused marketing technologies agency, is looking for a proactive and client-focused Remote Account Manager to serve as the bridge between our clients and internal team. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring smooth communication, and overseeing the delivery of high-quality marketing solutions. This is a part-time role with flexible hours, ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels at relationship management and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication
• Manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables with the internal team
• Facilitate meetings, gather feedback, and oversee project progress
• Coordinate with designers, strategists, and tech teams to ensure smooth execution of client work
• Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and satisfaction
Ideal Candidate:
• Experience in account management, client services, or project management (preferably in a marketing or digital agency)
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects while maintaining attention to detail
• Familiarity with HoneyBook and Monday.com (or similar project management tools)
• Comfortable working remotely with flexible, results-driven hours
