Job Overview:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. This is a remote, part-time position with a flexible schedule and core working hours from 12 PM – 6 PM. We’re looking for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

Tidy Upped is a growing residential cleaning company based in Allen, TX. We focus on providing high-quality services and a seamless experience for our customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our internal operations and assist with client communications.

Responsibilities:
• Scheduling: Arrange schedules, upload new bookings, reschedule, and cancel cleanings.
• Daily payroll entry and weekly processing.
• Processing client payments.
• Posting job ads and scheduling in-person interviews.
• Input weekly income and expenses into a spreadsheet.
• Input data for weekly business snapshots.
• Onboard and offboard clients and employees in our software.
• Organize, update, and draft responses to support email messages.
• Add events to Google Calendar.
• Input business card information into the CRM.
• Draft responses to clients and employees.
• Follow the blueprint for creating roadmap journeys for Mailchimp email and text campaigns.
• Draft text messages to clients after their first cleaning to ask about their experience.
• Schedule drafted check-in text messages to employees during initial or one-time cleanings.

Requirements:
• Must have your own computer/laptop, reliable Wi-Fi, headphones, and a quiet space to work.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with technology, including Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), scheduling tools, CRM tools, virtual phone systems, Calendly, task management tools, and more.

Schedule:
• Up to 30 hours per week.
• Core hours: 12 PM – 6 PM (flexible, depending on your availability).
