Responsibilities :
• Manage schedules, arrange appointments and provide reminders.
• Handle inquiries via email, ensuring effective communication.
• Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Develop and maintain a filing system.
• Be a point of contact between the executives and company employees / clients and manage information flow.
Requirements :
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
• Detail-oriented with a knack for organization.
• Resourceful and efficient, capable of handling a variety of tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with other office management tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
