REMOTE AGENTS NEEDED FOR HYBRID POSITION – CONTACT CENTER SUPPORT – INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES/TRANSFER IN THE AUTO INSURANCE INDUSTRY
HIRING IMMEDIATELY – SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY
As an agent you will be taking inbound calls from customers that are looking to get a quote on Auto Insurance. Your job will be to gather the needed customer information and then transfer the customer over to one of our sales vendors that will give them a quote for insurance.
Pay Rate:
This is a full time remote position Monday through Friday 9:00am-6:00pm EST and starts @ $16.00/hour.
Job Responsibilities:
• Communicating with customers via inbound calls
• Communicating with our clients when transferring customers to them
• Be familiar with basic auto insurance points as a product so that you can answer questions properly as they come
• Using rebuttals to overcome objections and concerns
• Understanding the customers’ needs to address with a relevant rebuttal
• Gathering and documenting client information with accuracy so that our vendors always have the best information
• Answering the client’s questions accurately
• Upselling products and services as required
Job Expectations:
• Must have your own high-speed internet connection and hardwired to a router.
• Ability to start immediately.
• Provide an excellent customer experience in all interactions.
• Uphold all company policies and procedures including but not limited to; attendance, punctuality, and/or behavior requirements.
• Background check will be administered as part of hiring process.
