• Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with customer service software and tools.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, especially Amazon.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems and support ticketing software.
