Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement compelling brand strategies and positioning for our luxury wine brands, emphasizing unique selling propositions that resonate with our audience.
• Create comprehensive brand marketing plans, integrating PR, paid media, partnerships, events, and retail account management.
• Oversee the execution of brand marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and adherence to quality standards across all channels.
• Manage brand budgets, revenue, and gross margin to meet financial objectives.
• Collaborate with external partners and agencies to produce innovative content and manage related projects seamlessly.
• Work in close coordination with Production and Winemaking teams on product specifications and quality control.
• Partner with Sales to implement marketing strategies effectively and ensure the availability of necessary materials to support sales efforts.
• Ensure brand strategies are effectively reflected in public relations initiatives.
• Organize special events and media pitches to elevate brand visibility and engagement.
• Represent our brands with professionalism at trade and consumer events.
• Analyze brand performance and competitive positioning in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Analytics team.
• Identify opportunities for brand expansion across various channels and consumer segments.

Compensation And Benefits
• Competitive salary range of (120K to )140K, commensurate with experience.
• This hybrid role requires onsite presence from Tuesday through Thursday and allows for remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
