Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently handle customer complaints, swiftly offering suitable solutions and alternatives, ensuring resolution follow-up.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests remotely.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, manage customer accounts, and document processes.
Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Go the extra mile to engage customers, fostering a loyal client base.
Collaborate with the customer service team to maintain high service standards.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Must pass a skill assessment and background check
At least 1 – 3 years of relevant work experience
Must have a computer/laptop
Headset or headphones with microphone attachment
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree preferred.
Working Conditions:
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must have a quiet, dedicated workspace and a reliable internet connection.

Compensation:
