We are looking for a full-time Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Answering incoming calls from customers
• Providing support and assistance to customers
• Resolving customer complaints
• Upselling and cross-selling products and services
• Tracking and updating customer information
Qualifications:
• At least one year of experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a… team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
