– **Documentation and Reporting:**
– Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system.
– Generate reports on common issues and customer feedback to identify trends and improve support processes.

– **Collaboration:**
– Work closely with the customer service and technical support teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
– Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for enhancing customer service strategies.

– **Project Management:**
– Assist in various projects aimed at improving the online customer experience, including testing new chat features and tools.
– Manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively while maintaining quality support.
• *Requirements:**

– **Education and Experience:**
– Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a chat support role.
– BachelorÂ’s degree preferred but not mandatory; equivalent experience will be considered.

– Proficient in using live chat software and CRM tools.
– Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
